If you’re exploring our services for the first time, we begin with a consultation to understand your child’s needs and determine if Within Reach OT is the right fit. Once we’ve established a plan, we’ll schedule an assessment—either in-office or at your home.

Consult

Phone (15 min): Start with a brief phone discussion. We’ll address your questions, listen to your concerns, and help you decide if our approach aligns with your child’s needs.

Comprehensive Infant Assessment (0-12 months)

In-Office (75 min) or At Home (75 min): For new families, this thorough assessment helps Barb understand your baby’s whole-body motor development and feeding habits. You’ll receive immediate feedback, as well as guidance on next steps.

Follow-Up Wellness Visits (1-6 years)

(At Home 60 min): For continuing care, these visits build on established goals, adjusting strategies as needed and ensuring steady progress.

Follow-Up Wellness Visits (0-12 months)

In-Office (60 min) or At Home (60 min): After the initial assessment, follow-up sessions focus on treatment, parent education, and personalized home exercise programs. These visits support ongoing progress and adaptation as your child grows.

Comprehensive Pediatric Assessment (1-6 years)

(In-Office 90 min): For older children, this in-depth assessment evaluates sensory-motor development and identifies areas where targeted strategies can enhance independence, participation, and confidence.
