Yes. We currently accept commercial and PPO plans through Horizon BCBS, Cigna (via Wildflower Health) and UnitedHealthcare or Aetna (via The Lactation Network). All coverage is dependent on your plan and eligibility confirmation.
No referral is required for services covered through Cigna or TLN.
We offer a flexible self-pay option and are happy to work with you directly. We can also provide a superbill upon request if you'd like to seek reimbursement through your insurance.
Depending on the service type and location (in-home vs. office), certain visits may incur additional fees. All costs and expectations will be discussed transparently prior to booking.
